Hawkman Gets Animated on Batman: The Brave And The Bold
Here's a clip from the aptly named "Golden Age of Justice" episode of Batman: The Brave And The Bold, airing tonight on Cartoon Network. The Justice Society sure looks great, don't they? Here's the official episode description:
Episode #31 - The Golden Age of Justice! Original Airdate - January 15th, 2010 An aging JSA is faced with the return of their worst enemy, Per Degaton, as he returns from suspended animation to enact a plan for world-domination, while Black Canary helps Wildcat face his greatest regrets.
I happen to watch this with my kids. It was decent enough, more a Black Canary episode with the JSA as a backdrop. I liked how they dealt with the Spear of Destiny. Most disappointing character was Dr. Mid-Mite just punching the bad guys instead of using his blackout bombs.
After earning two degrees and working in industry, Luke decided to start blogging. He now devotes his time to his hobbies: peeling things off of other things, and watching the radio.
Welcome to my journey into Hawk fandom! This blog covers all generations of the Winged Wonders, Hawkman and Hawkgirl, from the Golden Age to today, and everything in between.
