I did not read the preview, only looked at the art, and I have to say, Joe Bennett's work looks fantastic! It's a real change of pace from Philip Tan but so far looks like a perfect match for Hawkman. Also worth noting are Art Thibert's inks, which lend a good amount of heft and weight to the pencils.
If nothing else, this book will look great.
The Savage Hawkman #9 hits stores on May 23!
